I've been charged twice for my booking.

At the time of your online booking, we obtain an approval to charge the amount of your ticket to your card. If you do not have sufficient funds on your credit card, the reservation will not be completed. Once we have obtained the approval, and the reservation has been completed, we then issue your ticket and charge your card with the same approval code we obtained at the time of reservation. Sometimes this may look like two charges, but it is in fact one charge with two transactions; the first transaction is to get an approval number, and the second is the actual charge using that same approval number.
